The Great New Era are even eligible to make a mistake. This one, they used Miami’s Skyline on a Jacksonville Jaguars Draft Day Hats. Jacksonville skyline features memorable bridges along it’s St. Johns River. If you look into the design on the brim it appears that New Era included pieces of Jacksonville Skyline into the Miami skyline. Were they trying to get away with it given Miami is a more popular city?
New Era designed the 2015 caps to feature the skyline of each team’s corresponding city. However, when Jaguars Public Relations Coordinator Tad Dickman posted a preview of the hat on twitter many Jaguar fans got upset.
New Era apologized for the mistake and claims they will have the issue fixed in time for the draft and for mass production. They stated The visor on the Jaguars draft cap will be fixed in time for the NFL Draft and for mass production.
